10 Feet Long Reticulated Python Caught in SS18

A pile of dried leaves in the compound of a house in SS18 proved to be the perfect spot for a 10 feet long reticulated python to seek refuge.

Imagine the shock the house owner had when he stumbled upon the reptile while out in his garden.

Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) station chief Syed Shahril Anuar Syed Sulaiman said the call for help came in at 4.26pm and the team arrived at the house within minutes.

“We found the reticulated python hiding underneath a pile of leaves in the garden of the house along Jalan SS18/1.”

“We caught it with a noose after assessing the situation,” he said.
