AMATTOS Sweeps Top Two Spots at MBSJ MPP Zon 2 Doubles Open Carrom Championship

The Doubles Open Carrom Championship organised by MBSJ MPP Zon 2 drew teams from MBSJ and other local councils, delivering a packed hall, intense matches and a strong community turnout. Team AMATTOS dominated the podium by taking both first and second place, while Team MBSJ finished third and Team VVIP/UZIR placed fourth.​

Held as an open doubles tournament, the championship brought together players not only from MBSJ but also teams representing local councils from across the region.​ From the early rounds, teams fought through tightly contested games in a bid to reach the finals, creating a lively and competitive atmosphere throughout the day.​

The championship saw Team AMATTOS emerge as the biggest winners, clinching both the top and second spot.​
Team MBSJ secured third place, followed by Team VVIP/UZIR in fourth.​

MPP Zon 2 councillor Ronald Tah said the event was aimed at encouraging the public to take part in healthy games and community activities.​“The event was a success. The hall was full with teams pitting their skills to win the top spots,” he said.​
