Three Banquet Menus
For the season, diners can choose from three banquet options priced per table of 10 pax: RM 1,788, RM 2,088 and RM 2,588. Each menu begins with a Prosperity Yee Sang variation ranging from Snow Pear & Salmon to a premium Salmon & Abalone version followed by a multi-course spread featuring soups, seafood, poultry and traditional festive desserts.
Signature Dishes to Expect
Highlights across the menus include double-boiled soups such as Double-Boiled Chicken Soup with Dry Tree Mushroom & Bamboo Pith, and an upgraded version with Dried Scallop, Cordyceps & Bamboo Pith. Main-course selections feature seafood centrepieces like Steamed Red Snapper with Superior Soya Sauce, Steamed Golden Pomfret, and Steamed Pearl Grouper with Dried Radish & Golden Ginger, alongside celebratory roasts such as Roast Crispy Chicken (and a Chicken & Duck combination on the premium menu).
