Spotting longstanding issues neglected over the past two years; from maintenance hiccups to vendor concerns he wasted no time notifying the relevant authorities on the spot. “We’re galloping forward to make SS15 shine brighter than ever this CNY!” Ken beamed, embodying the year’s horse zodiac with unstoppable momentum.
