Hello 2023. Tahun baru sudah sampai. In a few more weeks, sampailah the Arnab for the Rabbit Year this Chinese New Year 2023. Pada 22hb Januari 2023, tibalah Tahun Baru Cina. Let us hope that this Chinese New Year brings a better year than before. We expect banyak orang yang akan balik kampung sekali lagi since the last election.
Very soon we would tengok election in Penang, Selangor, Negri Sembilan, Kelantan, Terengganu, and Kedah. This would be the pertama sekali punya election with a Unity Government. Harap harap menang lah supaya Langkah jadi lebih smooth.
The lapangan terbang has seen quite good travelling crowd nowadays. I am sure with more countries removing the requirements for Covid 19, many would be able to jalan jalan macam biasa.
The kerajaan Malaysia must quickly look at menaik taraf the medical facilities for the public. This means, bukan hanya memberi permit to pihak swasta to build mahal mahal punya medical. Sebaliknya, to put more money for public facilities and maybe make the swasta contribute for any land development plans. Ini boleh juga diguna pakai untuk fasciliti fasciliti seperti tempat perhentian bas dan kemudahan berteduh pejalan kaki dan OKU.
It is important also to ensure our medical personnel are treated with utmost importance, especially those yang baru keluar university ataupun yang menempuh bidang perubatan dan yang berkaitan. We do not want to lose talent lah. We have heard so much luahan and it is time for this Unity Government to bertindak.
We cannot allow the same mistakes as done before to continue. Kita memerlukan lebih untuk medical asset and talent. Ambulances pun kurang. Bomba pun perlu lebih. Sama seperti pertahanan awam or civil defence. The last tragedy in Batang Kali showed how important it is to have good coordination and civil defence and assets. The dogs were key too. The banjir affecting many pun need to be catered for with the same resources. That is why the next budget should concentrate on the civilians.
Let us now focus on continuing to celebrate life with the upcoming Chinese New Year. The Rat came with Covid 19 in 2020, the Ox came in 2021 to stabilize, the Tiger came in 2022 to show change and now we await the Rabbit of 2023 to maybe create some happy magic.
In a few weeks’ time, many would pergi jalan jalan beli barang. I think this reunion dinner would be even stronger and louder than before. Harap harap itu mercun dan bunga api pun lebih kuat punya bunyi.
The shopping centre pun semua cepat cepat naik itu Tahun Baru Cina punya perhiasan. Selepas 25 December 2022, semua macam kejar mengejar mahu naik itu merah. Tidak lama lagi Tahun Baru Cina. I think all the seafood pun akan dapat perhatian. Especially the udang and the ikan. Sotong tak laku. Tak percaya? Tanyalah your kawan kawan. Ayam and telur pun akan jadi main purchase.
I think all the fashion stores would have a good time. Continued from the December Christmas time. Also, the school calendar starts on Sunday 19th March for Kedah, Johor, Kelantan, and Terengganu. All others start on Monday, 20th March 2023. So, traffic pagi pagi still ok lah for now. Many keluarga will spend again for Chinese New Year after spending for Christmas. Ramai juga may also travel overseas jalan jalan during the holidays. That means KLIA2 and KLIA pun akan jadi penuh sesak.
The highways would surely be sesak regardless of any holiday season nowadays. Cuti cuti Malaysia is still an uptrend. This includes the route from Johor to Perlis and to the east coast of Kelantan, Terengganu, and Pahang. This is good for local pelancongan industry. We need more domestic travelling so that it helps improve the awareness and availability of information.
Many people are asking if this year punya Feng Shui is better. Well, we all will not know unless we speculate lo. Perhaps it would be better for some and not so good for others. But many would surely pergi tengok Feng Shui seminar again and listen to the opinions on what is in store bah. For me, it can be easier to just ask my kaki kopitiam on what they think. Normally quite cun one. Only cannot find what nombor to buy with our kaki as always not cun punya. Nanti saya cari saya punya kawan kopitiam tanya apamacam Feng Shui ini tahun. Ada bagus kah atau ada lagi gila punya hal.
Let us all sama sama enjoy ourselves this year lah. Let us yam seng to a better Malaysia and maybe a more effective punya leadership. Let us cari the ikan buat lou sang and wish all a huat huat Arnab year. SO please ah, do not eat Arnab ok. Not even Arnab satay. Just eat Arnab white candy boleh lah!
