MBSJ Raids and Seals Three Premises on Valentine’s Day Eve

THREE business premises in USJ were raided and sealed by the Subang Jaya City Council enforcement team on Valentine’s Day eve for carrying out illicit “sex-for-hire” services and also for carrying their businesses without a license.

A budget hotel located in USJ Sentral 3 in USJ1 was raided by the enforcement team who found it hosting “sex-for-hire” services. Several women and their customers were found in the rooms. Condoms were also recovered from the premises. It is understood the outlet was promoting and carrying out “B2B” services.

Enforcement officers carted away mattresses, pillows and other items from the premises before it was sealed.

Over in Taipan USJ10, a Thai reflexology outlet was also raided for carrying out their business without a license among several other offences. The raiding team carted away equipment and other items from the premises.

A snooker outlet operating at a shopping mall in USJ1 was also raided in the same night for operating without a license. Several customers were playing pool when the raiding team arrived. The outlet was sealed and items from the business were also seized by the raiding party.
