SUBANG JAYA swooped two of the top spots at the Subang Jaya City Council’s Anugerah MPP MBSJ Terbaik Keseluruhan 2024 recently.

MPP Zone 4 councillor Kamarul Hisham was smiling from ear-to-ear when he received the top award from Mayor Dato’ Amirul Azizan bin Dato’ Sri Abd Rahim. The award comes with a cash prize of RM10,000 and a trophy. Kamarul’s zone covers areas in USJ from USJ1-USJ6. This is the 5th for Kamarul and his team for five consecutive years.

The second spot for the top award was grabbed by MPP Zone 3 which is led by councillor Chia Yew Ken. The award comes with a cash prize of RM5,000 and a plaque. Ken’s zone covers areas from USJ7-USJ22.

Subang Jaya’s top cop ACP “Mat Rock” Wan Azlan Wan Mamat grabbed the spotlight for the best dressed guest for the second year running. He was dressed almost too perfectly with the night’s theme -Rock.

In the same evening, Amirul also launched MBSJ’s “Helo Subang Jaya” App which provides digital information of tourist attractions in Subang Jaya, public events, promotions and information on the city.

The App can be downloaded from Google Playstore and Apple Appstore – “Gemilang MBSJ”. Check it out.
