THE partying crowd roared as the countdown to the New Year entered the last 10 seconds to midnight at the Pinkfish Countdown which started as early as 5pm at Sunway Lagoon on the eve of 2024.
The seven minutes fireworks display at Sunway Lagoon’s Surf Beach kept everyone glued to the spot as they gazed into the sky to soak in the beginning of the New Year. The view from the 10th floor of Sunway Medical Centre where several photographers were was even more mesmerizing as fireworks shot into the sky before bursting out into a myriad of sprays which coloured up the horizon.
Touted as one of the country’s largest New Year’s Eve party, the Pinkfish Countdown was THE happening place to be to party, celebrate and greet the first few minutes of 2024.
