More trees have been planted at the USJ14 padang to provide more shade in the future for park users and residents who head there for some recreation.
With a range of huge and small trees selected for this planting organised by MBSJ MPP Zon 3 councillor Ken Chia, residents can expect to enjoy the benefits from the initiative sooner than expected.
Together with volunteers from Leo Clubs of Sunway Metro; SMK Bandar Utama Damansara 3; Eagles Grammar International School; Metro Methodist College KL; INTI International University & Colleges and Kebun Komuniti USJ14, the trees were planted in no time at all.
“Thank you to MBSJ’s Landscaping Department for providing the trees. I am very glad that we have bigger trees for this park.”
“A big thank you to all the volunteers who spent their morning helping us plant these trees,” Ken said.
