MEET the team who walk in when others shy away. They are fondly called Subang Jaya’s “virusbusters” mainly because they have taken on the task of disinfecting private and public spaces which had reported Covid-19 positive cases.
The task is not easy. All volunteers have to be in full PPE and they carry almost 5 gallons of disinfectant solutions on their backpack as they go along disinfecting the inside of homes or corridors of flats and apartments.
In the recent discovery of Covid-19 positive cases at the coffeeshops in USJ14, the team was immediately mobilized to assist in sanitising all three premises.
