MOTORISTS who have a habit of ignoring traffic rules beware!
No leniency is being offered to motorists who continue to flout the law by indiscriminately parking their vehicles in Subang Jaya.
This fact was made loud and clear by the Subang Jaya Municipal Council and Subang Jaya Police when both agencies combined their efforts in a joint operations around SS15 on June 11.
Vehicles which were found parked haphazardly and indiscriminately in the busy SS15 business centre were either issued compounds; clamped or towed away.
Subang Jaya Police issued 122 compounds for various traffic offences while MPSJ clamped 10 vehicles; towed two and issued 12 compound notices.
The “offensive” follows a series of complains from members of the public, motorists and the business community of the worsening traffic conditions around SS15 especially during peak hours.
