Kuala Lumpur – Following the latest directive of the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) announced by the Prime Minister on 1 May 2020, Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn.Bhd. (Air Selangor) would like to inform that all Air Selangor’s Customer Service Counters will be opened beginning 4 May 2020.

The Customer Service Counters operating hours will be
Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm during the month of Ramadan.

As a precautionary measure against the spread of the COVID-19, Air Selangor has taken steps to ensure the safety and social distancing aspects at the counters. Air Selangor will also be conducting body temperature screening before allowing customers to perform transactions at the counter and hand sanitisers will be provided.

Air Selangor also ensures that only healthy employees are allowed to work and deal with customers while ensuring that they also wear face masks.

Air Selangor hopes customers will fully cooperate while at the Customer Service Counters and maintain a 1 metre social distance as recommended by the Ministry of Health

Air Selangor will also provide a ‘Drop Box’ for customers to leave documents or cheques at the Customer Service Counters.

To prevent congestion at the Customer Service Counters and to reduce close contact between customers and our employees, Air Selangor encourages customers to make payments online through:

b. Air Selangor Application (Download at App Store or Google Play Store)
c. Air Selangor Customer Service Portal
d. Air Selangor’s Registered Collection Agent

For other services that involve transactions other than payments, such as application for change of ownership, customers are encouraged to scan the application form and email it to [email protected].
