THE bright Saturday morning Sun was the perfect weather for plans to give the children’s playground at SS15 Hexagon a new coat of paint.
Fueled up at breakfast, members of the Leo Club of SMK Subang Utama, Omega Leo Club Subang Jaya Alumni and the SS15 Hexagon Rukun Tetangga rolled out their scrappers, brushes, rollers and paint to give the children’s playground a fresh new coat of paint.
For many of the youths, this was their first paint job; but they did pretty well after they successfully completed the 3-hours task.
ADUN Subang Jaya Michelle Ng and MBSJ MPP Zone 1 councillor Ken Chia took on the supervisory role as they assisted and guided the volunteers on the best techniques to accomplish the task without any hiccups.
The swings, see-saws and slides obviously looked so much more appealing after the new coat of paint.
