CELEBRATING THE MID-AUTUMN FEST WITH DORSETT GRAND SUBANG

In celebration of this year’s coming Mid Autumn Festival, Dorsett Grand Subang is pleased to present The Colours of Mid-Autumn Collection; a showcase of new mooncake flavours in various shades of colours… all lovingly handcrafted and baked with love by our very own Master Dim Sum Chef Chan.

The all-time favourites of Signature Premium Musang King Durian requires a 2 days’ advance order features 100% authentic musang king durian pulp priced at RM60 nett per piece. The Dorsett Blue Signature mooncake which is made of white lotus paste with single yolk, perfectly wrapped with snow skin infused with blue pea flower extract for that perfect blue tone is priced at RM43 nett each.

Another favourite is of course the Red Sapphire so named due to the colour of its snow skin which is infused with red dragon fruit extract and filled with pure red bean paste; it is available at RM33 nett each.  Making their debut appearances this year are Berri-Licious, a mooncake oozing with the full goodness and vits of blueberry; while the darling of the new flavours has to be the Ying & Yang, an absolutely aromatic and palate pleaser offering a combination of milk tea and coffee paste. Ying & Yang is priced at RM45 nett each.

A must have is of course the Royal Jade; a mooncake filled with delightful pandan paste with snow skin infused with pandan extract priced at RM43 nett.

For the traditionalist at heart, our Master Dim Sum Chef Chan ensures that the ever-so-popular classic baked variations are available too.  This ranges from the classic white lotus paste with double yolk at RM48 nett each which requires a 3 days’ advance order; pandan lotus paste with single yolk at RM43 nett each; white lotus paste with single yolk at RM42 nett;  pure white lotus paste at RM36 nett each, pure red bean paste at RM33 nett each and pandan lotus paste with single yolk at RM43 each.

Dorsett Grand Subang’s are made using the highest quality ingredients; are HALAL certified and without any added preservatives.  The mooncakes are available in a gift box of 4 pieces each.

This year’s mooncakes are available in a new gift set packaging.  With a multi-functional recycled box in the vibrant colour of orange with UV finishing motifs by iKarrtini, Malaysia’s very own batik designer; complete with a matching D’Tote bag.
