We are a small community sports centre with the help of volunteer coaches assisting trainees in a fast action game, a lot of running, jumping, shooting & passing the ball. It provides a good opportunity for participants to build their stamina and endurance. By the end of the day they can go & shoot hoops by themselves or even get involved in competition games.
