FACE MASKS and Covid-19 self-test kits worth RM10,000 for residents of Angsana USJ1 and KDEB workers were handed over to MPP Zone 4 councillor Kamarul Hisham recently.
The contributions were from OCBC Bank and Kiwanis Club of USJ to help provide more protection against Covid-19 for the adults and children in the low-cost flats area.
With a high density population housing mostly B40 families and foreigners who can ill-afford proper face masks and even self-test kits, the contributions in kind will go a long way to help protect the high-risk groups in Angsana.
The items were handed over to Kamarul by OCBC Bank vice-president Yong Thiam Swee and Kiwanis Club of USJ vice-president Bernard Sum last month.
