The newly formed Kawasan Rukun Tetangga USJ11/2 kicked-off their maiden crime prevention patrols in their neighbourhood with the police last month.
The walk which was participated by volunteers from the neighbourhood was joined by USJ8 Police Station chief Inspector Ahmad Zarrin Abd Rashid and his men.
The group who walked around the neighbourhood also stopped by to chit-chat with house owners who came out of their homes to ask what was happening.
A few issues were discussed during the walk which highlighted the need for measures to be introduced to improve security in the area.
