Local Subang Jaya group Guolin Walking Qiqong @ USJ donated collections from their membership fees to the Children’s Wish Society of Malaysia recently to help fulfill wishes of terminally ill children across the country.
A total of RM1,810 was collected through membership fees and donations from members who carry out their walking Qiqong exercise at the USJ4 park every Saturday and Sunday.
The group provides free classes for cancer patients as well.
CWS Malaysia vice president TH Teoh thanked the group for their generous support.
“This is the second year that we have received contributions from this group for the society. It is a meaningful gesture from the Walking Qiqong group who have gone beyond their call of duty to help us fulfill more wishes in the future,” he said.
