Making Walkways and Community Areas Safer and More Welcoming

WALKING paths and community areas utilised for activities and exercise are constantly being looked at to make them safer and more welcoming for use.

The space is constantly a hive of activities be it for exercise, community events or even as a play area for children from the neighbouring child care centres.

Over in SS12, funds were channeled from the Selangor Penyayang initiative to upgrade a walking path used by residents for exercise. Funds were used to repave the stretch to make it safer for residents especially for the senior citizens.

Incumbent ADUN Subang Jaya Michelle Ng and MBSJ MPP Zon 1 councillor Ken Chia were present to officially launch the two projects which had since been completed.
