AHEAD of the Chinese New Year celebrations this year, Mydin Mohamed Holdings Berhad (MYDIN) launched its ‘Kongsi Meriah’ campaign, offering a range of promotions, contests, and activities to engage customers throughout the festive season.
The campaign was officially launched at MYDIN USJ1 by ADUN Subang Jaya Michelle Ng and MYDIN managing director Datuk Wira (Dr) Ameer Ali Mydin. Also present at the event was Chan Seng Fatt, Group Chief Executive Officer of Star Media Group Berhad.
To mark the Year of the Snake, MYDIN in collaboration with The Star is introducing a new game, the ‘Snake Board Game,’ where participants can redeem vouchers, discount coupons, and special offers through the MYDIN Rewards app. Ten lucky winners will also be randomly selected to win a Supermarket Sweep worth up to RM8,880.
As part of its efforts to promote digital payments, MYDIN is running the XXTRA ONG contest. First-time users of the MYDINPay app will receive credits of RM8, and customers who spend a minimum of RM80 via the app will receive RM8 cashback.
“Through this campaign, we aim to promote unity among Malaysia’s diverse communities and strengthen the bonds within our customer base,” Ameer said.
