FLAGSHIP stores have arrived at Sunway Pyramid and are here to stay to provide the ultimate one-stop shopping experience for every shopper.

With 1,000 unique shops, brands and offerings under one roof, Sunway Pyramid is set to make waves in 2025 with its flagship stores across the mall.

Sunway Pyramid, Sunway Square & Sunway Giza Mall senior general manager Jason Chin is all excited with the New Year offerings for shoppers near and far.

“We are all excited with the ‘brand new mall’ feel after we opened our doors at Oasis which offers another 300,00 sq feet of shopping experience. Within it, we house some of the major flagship stores to give shoppers the extra ‘Ummpphh’ while visiting Sunway Pyramid.”

“We now house Malaysia’s largest Muji store (27,000 sq feet); Malaysia’s largest Sports Direct store (22,000 sq feet); the country’s first Brand For Less store which is one of the world’s leading off-price retailers; Jaya Grocer with 30,000 sq feet of space and the first Caudalie Spa in Southeast Asia,” he said.

Jason obviously couldn’t contain his excitement about Oasis which features prominently food and beverage outlets which are up and coming trends for shoppers.

“We have café artisans that youngsters like to frequent and many more food and beverage to cater to the different wants and needs of every shopper.”

“The whole Oasis has received tremendously good feedback. Many say it’s clean, bright and spacious. The Egyptian themed ambience adds the icing to the cake,” he added.

According to Jason, he was optimistic with the crowd Sunway Pyramid is going to welcome in 2025.

“Since the Oasis opening, we have captured 15% new shoppers; those who are here for the first time or those who have not dropped in for over six months. This data is captured through our vehicle identification system as you enter the car park levels.”

“The system also provides us the ability to enhance our security for our shoppers,” he said.

Sunway Pyramid also features the most benches for shoppers to take a break and grab a seat before continuing their shopping.

“We are the mall that has the most benches and seating areas for shoppers. The benches are spaced out every 10-20 feet and it’s across all four floors.”

“Shoppers who park at our multi-level parking facility can now access the Oasis via our all-new escalators that streamline navigation from LG2 all the way to CP7, allowing shoppers to move effortlessly across multiple levels. As you head to your favourite outlets or discover new dining spots across OASIS, these escalators ensure a convenient shopping journey, connecting you to the heart of OASIS with ease,” he added.

Jason emphasised that the convenience and comfort of shoppers while at Sunway Pyramid is the mall’s Number One priority.

“We have introduced Smart Toilets in our mall. We can bid goodbye to odours and smells while in the toilets,” he added.

Located at LG2, the toilet in OASIS has been given a huge makeover, captivating shoppers with its one-of-a-kind aesthetics and functionality. With soft ambient lighting, sleek and curved walls and polished concrete floors, the toilet creates a welcoming atmosphere for visitors who step in.
