SUBANG Jaya residents and business owners can now make enquiries “live” with the launch of the Subang Jaya City Council’s “Whatsapp Biz MBSJ”.
The new interactive communications platform was launch by MBSJ mayor Datuk Mohd Fauzi Mohd Yatim at the council’s Hari Raya Open House recently.
The launch of the round-the-clock (24hrs) platform makes MBSJ the first local authority in Selangor to adopt this approach to help residents conduct checks and enquiries on six primary services.
The privacy and security of Whatsapp Biz MBSJ users is assured and has received confirmation from META. Users can utilize this service via 03-8026 3100 anytime.
In the statement, MBSJ said it hoped to further improve its services to the community via Whatsapp Biz MBSJ.
Give it a try at 03-8026 3100 and let us know what you think of this new service introduced by MBSJ.
