EVERYTHING must go and everyone came to the USJ12 Merdeka Garage Sale to make sure everything was bought up in the spirit of enjoying a good day’s initiative in the community.
Organised jointly by the USJ12 Residents Association, Kebun Komuniti USJ12 and MBSJ’s MPP Zon 3, the event was the first-of-its-kind in the neighbourhood.
While buskers Daniel and Nicole crooned everyone with their lovely renditions of song, visitors made a beeline for the long queue at the Koay Teow Karat booth which was doing booming business.
From what we heard, even the nasi lemak, pudding sedot, loaf cakes and chicken chop were sold out.
When’s the next Garage Sale? Your guess is as good as ours but we suspect it might be soon.
