Teenagers Take to the Field to Have a Football Friendly..with the Adults

FOOTBALL is definitely for all ages. On the last weekend of April, a team from Sekolah Kebangsaan Seafield 3 and Mont Kiara International School proved that this was true.

The match was exciting as the pint-sized players from SK Seafield 3 took on their physically bigger opponents from the international school. But size did not matter as speed and agility gave the taller players a run for their money.

The friendly football match was organised by Subang MP Wong Chen. The SK Seafield 3 team is sponsored by Wong Chen’s office to nurture new and young talents in football.

In the second half of the match, adults joined the match on both sides pitting their skills and team spirit against one another.

Both teams drew at 5-5. A penalty shootout was called and the team from Mont Kiara International School won the match at the end of the day.
