We “discovered” it while following MBSJ MPP Zon 3 councillor Christopher Joseph during his rounds in the neighbourhood. You know the drill, turn a corner expecting the usual mess… and then we stepped into a lane that looked like it had been quietly maintained by people who actually cared.

No trash pile “installations”.
