SUBANG JAYA, OCTOBER 12 2019: Call the police immediately if you spot any suspicious and unfamiliar people roaming your neighbourhood, Subang Jaya OCPD ACP Risikin Satiman said today.
He urged residents to go on high alert for suspicious people roaming their neighbourhood and not hesitate to call the police to intercept.
“With the upcoming festival this month, I have put my men on high alert to thwart any crimes which may be in the books.”
“On October 11, we had a burglary in SS18 and today (Oct 12) there was another in Mutiara Subang,” he said during the community farewell reception which was held for outgoing officer-in-charge of USJ8 Police station ASP Jasni Zolpa.
Risikin urged homeowners to light up the front and back of their houses to make spotting any unwanted visitors easier.
“I am not taking any chances and I urged residents to take the same precautions. Call us immediately if you see someone unfamiliar in your neighbourhood,” he added.
