SS18 House Burglarised – One Injured

SUBANG JAYA, OCTOBER 12 2019: A burglar broke into a house along SS18/3A in Subang Jaya in the wee hours of the morning on October 11 leaving one occupant in the house injured.

The incident which took place between 3am to 330am resulted in the homeowner’s son being attacked by the intruders. He was apparently hit on the head by one of the perpetrators.

According to neighbours, the burglar gained access to the house by removing the sliding window and pushing the grills inwards.

Sources revealed that cash and other valuables including handbags and mobile phones were stolen by the suspect before he made his escape by the back door, but not before he ran away with the house keys and padlock.

According to sources, the suspect was wearing a mask. Police have yet to confirm the number of burglars but have so far singled out one suspect. It is believed the victims who were asleep were rudely awoken by the suspect or suspects.

At Press time, no further information is yet available officially from the authorities.
