Subang Jaya Police are looking for the man in this viral video. The incident which was caught on CCTV shows a man making a scene at an eatery in Putra Heights; throwing chairs and kicking the tables.
The suspect allegedly threw his packs of food into the shop. A packet of hot drink apparently splashed on a 4-year-old girl whose parents were having their meal inside. According to the police, the man who is a regular at the shop had allegedly lost his temper when the shop staff continued to call him “Pakcik” despite being told by the man to call him “Abang” or “Baby”. When the man was handed his food order, the man became aggressive and started hurling abuses and threatened to destroy the property in the shop. He hurled the food packs which also included a packet of hot beverage into the shop.
The suspect also picked up a few chairs and threw it around and at the same time kicked the tables.His act caused fear and panic with the patrons and workers of the shop.
The 4-year-old girl did not suffer any injuries in the incident.
According to the police, the incident is being investigated under Seksyen 506/352 of the Penal Code and if found guilty, the man faces a jail term of 7 years or a fine or both.
