New Jati Premium Series of Rice Enters the Market

SW Food Group, Malaysia’s largest rice producer and the leading rice wholesaler recently launched a new premium series of rice in conjunction with the 25^th Anniversary of Jati’s brand in the market.

The all-new Jati Signature series of rice currently consists of the Jati Signature Super Spesial Tempatan, the PUSA Finest Basmathi 1121 and the PUSA Finest Basmathi 1509.

The launch of Jati Signature Super Spesial Tempatan was the highlight of the day where Jati aims to elevate the quality and the perception of local rice to par that of the imported rice.

Jati Signature Super Spesial Tempatan rice is sourced from the best farms within major granary regions in Malaysia, carefully processed and packed under strict quality control to ensure that only the very best rice reaches you.

The Jati Signature Super Spesial Tempatan will soon be available at major hypermarkets and supermarkets throughout Malaysia.

SW Food Group also launched the Keluarga Kreatif Jati 2, Malaysia’s first of its kind Online Cooking Competition where hundreds of participants from Malaysia are expected to submit their cooking videos to compete for the title of the “Best Online Chef”.

The Keluarga Kreatif Jati was first introduced back in 2003-2004 as a nationwide on-ground family cooking roadshow and fifteen years later, the Keluarga Kreatif Jati 2 is reintroduced as an Online Cooking Competition where we are able to use today’s technology for a wider reach.

“To foster the saying that a family that cooks together stays together, we are opening up this online competition for all Malaysians to participate in, to share their favourite recipes and cooking presentations, and to challenge each other to be the best “online chef,” says Dato’ Julainie bin Mohd Salleh, Director of SW Food Sdn. All one has to do to participate in the Keluarga Kreatif Jati 2 Online Cooking Competition is to download and fill in the application form from our Jati Facebook Page and submit along a video of themselves demonstrating how to cook a recipe using Jati product with a maximum time limit of 15 minutes before October 31, 2019.

Winner of the Keluarga Kreatif Jati 2 will walk away with prize money of RM 5,000 and a year’s supply of Jati rice.
